The ETC Summer Enrichment Program is an intensive three-week residential summer session for Native American students of the 22 Pueblos/Tribes in New Mexico. The summer enrichment program incorporates academic preparation and personal development for rising high school sophomores and juniors.
Through participation in college courses and culturally relevant curriculum, students have the opportunity to experience college in an environment that values their culture and promotes their success in life. Participants who complete the program will earn 3 IAIA college credits.
To be considered for the program, you must be:
-Currently a sophomore/junior in high school
-Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher
-Native American student from one of the 22 Pueblos/Tribes of NM
-Able to commit to attending a 3 week residential program at IAIA campus in Santa Fe, NM in summer 2009
Program costs to attend the enrichment program will be provided by the Expanding the Circle-Academic Outreach program.
